Are you a people person that loves to help people with decorating of their business or home?In this position, you’ll join a team of experienced Interior Designers with an average of 20+ years experience at Kittle's, who pride themselves in their knowledge of Art, Design skills and their ability to connect with their customers. Kittle's offers a team of experienced professionals who may assist you as you grow in the Interior Design field.On top of a career surrounded by beautiful furniture (mostly made in the USA) you will benefit from our commission pay structure and the benefits of on the job paid training, a $1000 Sign on Bonus for excellent Attendance and punctuality Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K AND our generous employee discount!We are seeking a Commission Sales Interior Designer to become part of our team! You will plan, design and furnish the interiors of residential, commercial, and/or industrial buildings.Responsibilities:Formulate designs that are aesthetic and conducive to the clientPrepare sales tickets for customer orders based on designsCalculate the specifications and cost of materials for constructionSelect design components to create a unique and purposeful spaceCreate client, vendor, and consultant relationshipsDevelop sketches and documentation for client presentationQualifications:A degree in Interior design or another related field5+ years of design or furniture sales experienceFamiliarity with design softwareDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to thrive in a sales environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat We Bring To The Table$1000 Sign on Bonus - with excellent attendance and punctuality!A beautiful and enticing Sales Floor with in stock and custom options for customersA supportive & experienced team of managersFlexible Hours!Health and retirement benefits (401k, vision, dental, medical and more)Generous vacationFurniture discountsAbout Our CompanyFamily owned and operated since 1932, Kittle's Furniture is one of America's leading furniture and bedding companies.
