As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team.

Role Description: As the Director of Marketing at Ozark Mountain Van Company, you will be responsible for managing all marketing listings, generating leads, and scheduling appointments with the install team. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly. This position requires a sales-oriented individual who can guide potential clients to choose our services, maintain organized marketing systems, and track the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.

Note: You will not be responsible for creating social media content. We have a dedicated team member for that. Your primary role will be managing these listings, engaging with any comments on the posts, and converting expressed interest into sales leads.

Required Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in marketing or sales are a plus.

Proven experience in marketing management, particularly in lead generation and CRM management.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on sales and customer service.

Ability to analyze marketing data and develop strategies based on insights.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities as Director of Marketing at OZK Vans:

Manage and optimize all marketing listings and forums.

Generate and nurture leads, scheduling appointments for the install team.

Respond to customer inquiries, working within the CRM to facilitate seamless communication with the sales team.

Engage with comments and questions on social media posts, providing timely and informative responses.

Track marketing data to identify which strategies are most effective and where improvements can be made.

Maintain lead management, ensuring all leads are effectively nurtured and guided through the sales funnel.

Develop and implement systems and processes to streamline marketing operations.

Position Details

Employment Status: Hourly employee, initially clocking in and out remotely, with a transition to clocking in and out at the office once it is established.

Compensation: Expected overall earnings around $45,000 per year, paid on an hourly basis. The exact hourly rate will depend on experience. There will be potential bonus opportunities based on performance.

Work Schedule: Minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home initially and transition to the Fayetteville office, once completed.
