Lead Product Designer

to join our outstanding product team. In this role, you will combine your User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design expertise with thorough internal and external research to create and maintain our web application interfaces. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the co-founder CPO, stakeholders, and engineers, you will deliver high-quality, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences.Responsibilities:User Interface Design:Conduct usability tests and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, target audience, and user requirements and expectations.Develop effective and visually appealing UI designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.When appropriate, create wireframes, prototypes, or interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback.User Experience Development:Employ user-centered design principles to craft intuitive and seamless user experiences.Implement animations, transitions, and microinteractions to enhance user engagement.Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, while optimizing performance for optimal user experience and accessibility.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, to articulate design decisions and technical implementations.Participate in design and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of the product.Stay up to date with the latest UI and UX trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential for implementation in our projects.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in UI/UX.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, WCAG accessibility standards, and user research methodologies.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.Solid understanding of front-end development principles, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.Experience with UI design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).Familiarity with front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.If you are a multi-talented professional who thrives in a remote but collaborative environment, where you can leverage your expertise in UI design and UX development to create exceptional web experiences, we would love to hear from you.
