Our Product Designer develops product solutions from concept to final design and is responsible for executing all aspects in the product development process for both hard and soft goods. Product categories you would be creating for include home décor and entertaining, baby and kids, and gifts. So, if you have experience in designing wall art, home décor and accents, tabletop, plush, ceramics, and even a little fashion, we would love to talk to you!

Experience and SkillsDuties and ExpectationsCreate, and execute all aspects of product design from concept to completion including brainstorming, designing, sketching, prototyping, final art files and sampling.Problem solve solutions for a wide variety of 3-D gift products in response to product plans and marketing objectives.Develop style-board creation specific to marketing and product plan needs.Work under the direction of Product Design Manager, independently and collaboratively with in-house partners to understand business and consumer needs, deadlines and budgets.Evaluate consumer and market trends for development input.Handle fast turnarounds with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask.Showcase superb attention to detail.Build brand strength with a clear, concise aesthetic through designs that aligns to our Brand Guide.Experience and Skills

A College degree in art, design or related field is preferred.3+ years of experience in product and design.Showcase a strong portfolio with a variety of samples demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and knowledge of market and consumer trends.Proficient knowledge of creative tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud.Knowledge of product production and processes and ability to spec art for production.Strong problem-solving, interpersonal abilities, and project management skills.Strong oral and written communication skills needed to interact with in-house team members and sourcing offices.Product design and development experience in the giftware/home décor field preferred.Our community of artists and creative partners also share our passion for making a positive impact in local communities.
