Ampsight is seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Artist with a knack for visual innovation to join our team. This role is ideal for a problem-solving individual who thrives in collaborative environments. The Graphic Artist will work closely with clients to understand their needs in order to develop compelling, visual narratives that effectively communicate their message. This position requires a blend of creativity, communication skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in multimedia design and grasp of the latest design technologies and techniques.

ResponsibilitiesPrepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layoutsPlans, analyzes, and creates original visual solutions to communications projectsIdentifies the most effective way to get messages across in print and electronic media using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniquesDevelops the overall layout and production design of magazines, newspapers, journals, corporate reports, and other publicationsUses perspective, isometric, orthographic, and schematic techniques to prepare technical and non-technical illustrations and line drawings for slide presentations, view graphics, reports, brochures, etc.Produces promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures for products and services, designs distinctive logos for products and businesses, and develop signs and signage systems for business and governmentDevelops material for Web pages, interactive media, and multimedia projectsGathers relevant information by meeting with clients, creative or art directors, and by performing own research.Prepares sketches or layouts-by hand or with the aid of a computer-to illustrate vision for the designWork closely with a team of fellow Systems Integrators and Communications OfficersProvide graphic development support for analytic and other communication products across the Sponsor organization.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling graphic products to convey strategic information to Senior stakeholders across the Sponsor organization and broader ICAssist with other communication products as requiredManage and uphold brand standards in accordance with style guide across Sponsor organization.Provide programmatic support and stakeholder engagementProvide a total system perspective to the role, including a technical understanding of sponsor products, partnership, dependencies and capabilities

QualificationsExperience collaborating with teams/clients/team lead/customerExperience with building PowerPoints, charts, layouts, for briefings to leadershipExperience designing brochures, trifolds, posters, banners, business cards, and other promotional content for external meetings, events or conferencesExperience in print publication design and layouts - such as newsletters, briefs, and whitepapersA understanding of basics of color palettes, software, hardware, type/font, and design techniquesDemonstrates attention to detailAbility to visually solve customer problemsCan perform other multimedia roles if neededExperience with branding graphics such as brand guides, logos, templatesRequirementsUS Citizenship required3 years of experience, 2 years of government design preferredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related fieldAn active TS Security (SCI Eligible)Willing to go onsite as neededMust provide a portfolio (digital or web URL) of fact sheets, newsletters, presentations, brochures, charts/graphs, and logos that demonstrates examples of professional work and mastery of technical and creative design skills.BenefitsStock options, our success is your successDiscretionary performance-based bonus(es)11 paid holidays20 days PTO per year401k plan with 4% match (assuming 5% employee contribution)Health care, dental, and vision with company contributionShort and long-term disabilityLife insuranceHybrid work model
