Project Manager
to oversee our design-build projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of custom residential pool projects, including design, planning, and construction.Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert guidance throughout the process.Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and execute project plans.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.Address and resolve any project issues or changes promptly.Maintain effective communication with clients and all project stakeholders.Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in custom residential pool construction or related field.Proven track record of managing design-build projects from concept to completion.Strong knowledge of pool construction processes, materials, and design principles.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong leadership and communication abilities.Proficiency with construction management software.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Apply now to start your next steps as a Project Manager for residential pools or reach out to Alison Reierson by email:alison.reierson@gogpac.com
