Healthcare Program Coordinator Pay Rate : $17 per hour

Healthcare Program Coordinator Hours : 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday

Healthcare Program Coordinator Duties

Follow up on all pending services within 28 day follow up

Task new requests to social worker for MN determination.

Set up/follow up member MD appointments

Set up transportation.

Provider searches

UTL call member back: Complete UTL process.

Outreaches

Disaster calls/ provider termination/ provider closures

Internal follow up: EVV, ERS notification

Mail outs.

Inventory, order Collateral supplies/resources.

Healthcare Program Coordinator Requirements:

Live in McAllen or Nueces or San Antonio

Bilingual in Spanish HIGHLY preferred

Healthcare experience (doctor’s office, medical assistant, CNA)

Excellent computer skilled

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Medical terminology
