Sr. UI / UX Designer (Mobile App)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing user interfaces for our Mobile App, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both UI and UX design, as well as best practices around human-centered design, such as “jobs to be done,” persona development, empathic user journeys, and friction versus joy.Requirements1. User Journey and Experience Design:Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements.Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and workflows.2.
