JOB MISSION:

As the

Global Associate Marketing Manager, American Football and Klutch Athletics , you will serve in a pivotal role supporting the creative vision and demand creation tactics for the American Football category, as well as our Klutch Athletics partnership at New Balance. The Associate Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to create industry-leading consumer journeys that increase brand consideration and drive commercial goals while leveraging key sport and culture moments. This role will work directly with regional and global counterparts, as well as our key athletes and retailers, to grow our presence in American Football. They will also play a key role in supporting commercial priorities surrounding our Klutch Athletics by New Balance partnership.

This role is based at New Balance headquarters in the Boston area.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:Support the long-term creative vision & develop demand creation tactics for New Balance's American Football category.Aid in delivering seasonal and yearly marketing plans while playing a vital collaborative role in shepherding our new Klutch Athletics by New Balance partnership.Develop campaigns, aligned to consumer journey needs, that drive demand for American Football and Klutch Athletics products.Develop content and provide strong community management of the New Balance Gridiron social media channel.Support on yearly athlete activation planning, as well as partnering with regional leaders on all events and activations.Partner with Global Product, Global & Regional Merchandising, and Regional Marketing leads on category growth goals and the support of all commercial product.Manage our product launch calendars, and a real-time sport moments calendar.Manage all seasonal product ordering of samples for seeding, as well as production.Collaborate with the GTM team to deliver sell-in materials across all GTM milestones.REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

5+ years of progressive experience working within marketing and related functions.Strong understanding of digital-first demand generation and a track record of driving marketing results in competitive domestic and international markets.Experience working across relevant sport and culture markets.Superior problem solving, analytical skills.A deep understanding of relevant social media metrics, and experience working across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.Strong executional skills; consistently produce results and meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written presentation skills.Experience working with professional athletes preferred, but not required.Experience managing and working with important clients preferred, but not required.Athletic or other related industry experience preferred, but not required.

Flexible Work Schedule

New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations.
