About Us: Animal Medical Center (AMC) is the oldest veterinary clinic in Hattiesburg, serving the community since the 1950's! AMC has provided extended weekday emergency hours and 24-hour weekend care for over 22 years! With a team of 11 veterinarians, Animal Medical Center has the staff and facilities to provide everything from routine exams to intricate surgeries. Our center has capabilities such as ultrasound, CT, digital radiographs, surgical laser, oxygen cages, ventilators, a full diagnostic laboratory, and more. We offer services from preventative and maintenance care to special services like ICU care, laparoscopic, neurologic, cardiothoracic, orthopedic, and oncological surgeries.

About You: As a
Social Media and Marketing Manager
you play an integral
leadership role
in our hospital whether you are creating interesting social media content, provide website maintenance, or participate in community public relations events. Included in the position is creating visually pleasing marketing materials for clinic use. You will fully utilize your skillset and continue to develop your knowledge for years to come! We are looking for a self-motivated, driven social media manager who is ready to put their skills and leadership ability to work!
You are an Social Media Marketing Manager with a
minimum of 1 year of social media marketing experience

Anticipated Schedule:
Full time position with negotiable hours (due to attendance to public relations events)
Animal Medical Center is open Monday thru Friday 7:30 am - 8:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm and Sunday 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Emergencies are seen 24 hours Saturday and Sunday, with veterinary technician staffed between 8am-8pm.

We believe that each team member should be compensated considering their knowledge, skills, and experiences. We expect the range for an experienced social media marketing manager to be around $40,000/year.
