This position will require candidate to be in Tampa office on a regular basis.

Job Summary:This field-based position leads our sales and marketing for Special Needs Plan (ISNP) Product to to generates sales leads and manages a team of external brokers to enroll Medicare beneficiaries residing in skilled nursing facilities, home or community setting.• Develops account-specific strategies to educate and engage facility personnel, resulting in the generation of interested residents and/or families (responsible party) in product offerings.• This role focuses on enrollment Medicare beneficiaries in ISNP for Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando and /Citrus counties.

• Collaboratively set sales strategies and tactics• Facilitate regular sales and financial progress meetings with leaders and sales staff.• Work with sales managers to develop and execute ongoing staffing plans inclusive of recruiting, hiring, training, development and measurement strategies and tactics.• Create, implement and measure an operating strategy that is designed to achieve profit goals.• Stay abreast of market conditions and competitive environment impacting the business and translate understanding into sales and marketing strategies.• Facilitate ongoing and regular one-on-one interactions with direct reports, designed to enhance awareness, support and accountability.• Form business relationships that will support growth objectives, externally and internally.• Stay aware of group KPI and develop, execute and measure strategies taking advantage of opportunities.• Conduct weekly/monthly communication meetings focused on performance, opportunities, and culture.• Participate in management meetings and provide feedback and suggestions to solve departmental issues.• Contribute and drive the company culture and performance driven mentality.• Create, implement, and measure group gross margin initiatives.• Collaboratively establish and maintain group focus on sales metrics.• Formally present financial achievements and projections to Sr. leadership monthly• Develop and train sales managers and associates.• Conduct oversight and monitoring of any Field Marketing Organizations (FMOs) and/or independent agents/brokers contracted with SECUR.• Responsible for management of the broker portal.• Qualifications • Demonstrated effective sales skills, business planning and P&L Analysis • Able to translate market knowledge into strategies that will growth the group • Demonstrated ability to develop sales manager leaders.

**This is a hybrid role that requires 3-4 days in the corporate office/week**

Documents all activity to ensure compliance with Medicare Marketing Guidelines.Works with skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities to define strategies for broker relationships to cultivate leads, compliant outreach and sales presentations that results in application in enrollment.Responsible for development and executing sales business plan and develops sales activity in a CRM system.Conducts broker recruitment and training programs to equip brokers with product knowledge, selling techniques and compliance guidelines.Qualifications:

College degree preferred.Minimum 3 years of management experience in the Medicare Advantage industry, ISNP experience preferred.Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to drive strategic sales plans.A current Florida-issued agent/broker license to sell health insurance products.Ability to design product certification modules-based benefits, policies, and procedures.Demonstrated account management skills (including planning, documentation, and measurement).Ability to work a variety of hours, early morning, evenings, and weekends, as required by various sales activities.Minimum of 3+ years-experience in developing sales manager leadersMinimum of 5+ experience leading salespeople in a diverse environment (preferably a service industry)Strong demonstrated understanding of healthcare industry standards established by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for Medicare Advantage sales activities.Demonstrated effective sales skills, business planning and P&L AnalysisAble to translate market knowledge into strategies that will promote health plan growth.Must have staffing and/or recruitment experience.Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual preferred.Excellent computer skills.Strong internal relationship building skills required.Strong external relationship skills required.Competencies:
