Summary:

In this role, you will support the Public Relations and social media team by managing the coordination of media inquiries and approval requests for third-party press releases. You will manage team KPI metrics for quarterly reporting and on-demand requests and provide editorial support and coordination of social media activities. You will manage content updates to the company's newsroom, social media pages, employee amplification tool and Radius.

Responsibilities:

Manage the process to submit new content and updates for posting to the Vizient newsroom.Track and coordinate communications surrounding third-party press release approval requests from business units. Provide editorial assistance to ensure consistency and accuracy in Vizient messaging.Monitor PR and social media metrics to ensure accuracy, provide reporting to marketing teams and business units quarterly or as requested.Provide editorial assistance in developing, editing and writing press releases and templates.Coordinate with creative services as necessary to ensure PR and social media collateral adheres to brand standards.Manage content for the company's social advocacy program including curating content from business units, uploading to the platform and drafting suggested posts for participants.Maintain the social advocacy program site resource page, process onboarding requests and communications for optimal user engagement.Upload content to relevant social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube and Instagram.Assist with monitoring channels in collaboration with the team.Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred.2 or more years of experience required.Experience working in a corporate communications or public relations role.Demonstrated ability to craft key messages and statements.Excellent organizational and project-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Innovative thinker who can think strategically and has attention to the detailAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues.Strong MSO program skills.Health care experience preferred

Estimated Hiring Range:At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $95,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
