Job Description:

As the Onsite Hospitality + Design Manager at Circuit of The Americas (COTA), you will collaborate closely with various teams on the conceptualization and execution of all aspects of design and hospitality logistics. Your primary responsibility is to create world-class hospitality experiences for guests across a range of motorsport and entertainment events, including those of the likes of Formula 1 and MotoGP.

Requirements

Essential Functions:

Ensure COTA event spaces meet and exceeds client expectationsCoordination with Major Race Operations on design of temporary buildsCoordination with Facilities Team on property-wide improvementsLayout and design assistance with Event ManagersMiscellaneous design projects for COTA or clients as neededManage budget for COTA produced hospitality spacesWork with internal team on placement of COTA-owned assets versus rental assetsPeppermint Parkway DesignWork with Event Logistics Manager on placement of assets, temporary builds, and design elementsPremium Hospitality LeadCoordination of all pre-event design and hospitality logistics for:MotoGP, NASCAR & Formula 1Management of Hospitality staffing for major events with Guest Services ManagerServe as main point of contact for hospitality contractors & design contractors; implement systems/processes to ensure effective communication and collaborationWork with private hospitality clients to organize experiences, events and servicesAssist with client gifting program with Merchandise ManagerRequirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)Proven experience in event design and/or hospitality operationsAbility to work flexible hours as needed for event schedules and extended hours during events (18-20 hours per day) in any weather elements.On-siteKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Superior written and verbal communication skillsAbility to make timely and sound decisionsExemplify strong organizational skill with ability to problem solve and work independently in a fast-paced environmentMust have a service-oriented mindset and great attention to detailProficient in Microsoft OfficePhysical Demands and Work Environment:
