Position Summary - Communications Senior Manager - Product Org Communications

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring the impact of F5's Product Organization communications including communications for the Chief Product Officer and her leadership team.

The person in this role will help amplify F5's Product Strategy and how we make things "ridiculously easy" for our customers through the work of our product managers and engineers. They will directly support the Chief Product Officer in strategic and leadership communications to employees both in the function and across our global employee population and also support external speaking and media efforts for the Chief Product Officer. They are creative in their approach and have the ability to transform complex information into engaging content that aligns and mobilizes stakeholders. Strategic communications planning, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and using a distinct voice and tone to create interest and measurable engagement around content, will be required. The candidate will have great attention to detail, a global mindset, boundless curiosity to learn, and a keen understanding of the technology space.

Primary Responsibilities:

Supports awareness and understanding of F5's Product Org strategy

Partners closely with the CPO and her leadership team to promote understanding of our product strategy and narrativeDevelop engaging, creative content about / for the Product Organization for internal and external communications' global digital platformsDevelop strategic messaging for use in key internal and external events for the CPO and Product leadershipManage internal Product Organization employee engagement events including town halls, Q&As, and othersConsults with Product Organization senior leaders help align communications to business prioritiesPromote clarity and transparency through change management communications

Partner with stakeholders across the Product Org and other teams to develop and execute comprehensive communications plansCreate clear communications that drive change adoption in a fast-paced, agile environmentOther Responsibilities:

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $122,991.00 - $184,487.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
