Graphic Design Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graphic Design Specialist to join our dynamic team at Hunter Industrial, a division of Hunter Fan Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to bring concepts to life across various digital and print platforms. Please note: This position will be based out of the Hunter Industrial headquarters located in Smyrna, Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute design concepts that align with our brand strategy.
Create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
Work closely with the product development team to create packaging designs and product visuals.
Edit and retouch images to enhance the overall quality and impact of visual content.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Ability to create engaging video content and animations.
AbiliProficiency in web design and basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
