Requirements:• Experience as a UX Designer and strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects and demonstrating user-centered design principles (3+ years).• Experience in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Preferred:• Experience in the utility industry or with energy-related applications.• Experience in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.• Present design solutions and research findings to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and setting realistic expectations.• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders to continually improve the user experience.• Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and best practices across all digital products.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
