Design Manager
to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in leading their design efforts across UX (User Experience), digital and visual design domains. The
Design Manager
will oversee a team of designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Design Manager Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environmentOversee the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely executionCollaborate with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design strategiesDrive innovation in UX/UI, digital interfaces and visual design to create intuitive and compelling user experiencesDevelop and maintain design standards, guidelines and best practicesConduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersStay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and technology
Design Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, HCI or related field; Master's degree preferred2+ years' proven experience in a managerial role within a design teamStrong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI, digital and visual designProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.Excellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
