Job Summary

As SiTime’s Campaign Marketing Manager, you lead planning, developing, and executing impactful, audience-centric, integrated marketing campaigns to grow awareness and drive demand for SiTime’s precision timing solutions. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing, this is a critical role on a growing team responsible for building and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive engagement and pipeline growth for our broadbase customer segments. This marketer will have a deep knowledge of how to engage prospects and bring them through the buying process via multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. You are an efficient project & production manager skilled in program execution, and have strong experience working with product marketing, segment marketing, digital, and sales. Your successful programs orchestrate target prospect engagement across various communications mediums (e.g., written, visual, video) and digital platforms (e.g., internet, social, advertising, email, live events), with metrics and analytics on campaign performance and ROMI.

Qualifications & Requirements:Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated demand campaigns that drive audiences through the marketing funnel.Metrics are in your DNA. ‘What doesn’t get measured, doesn’t get implemented’ is your motto.Proven experience in inbound marketing, content marketing, ABM, lead nurturing, audience/persona targeting, advertising, content syndication, email and SEM, and events. All the digital things.Ability to collaborate with marketing and sales teams to build relevant persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy.Ability to define campaign plans and required content briefs prioritized against audience and channels to inform editorial output.Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.Excellent communication and project management skills to influence, leverage, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure campaign successA learner, that can comprehend and grow knowledge of high-tech B2B trends, complex products, and messagingDeep analytical skill set to identify insights and optimize execution of campaigns/programs, delivering pipeline growth and revenue.Desired Characteristics & Attributes:

Minimum 7+ years of experience managing omnichannel campaigns in the high technology industryKnown for your ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across the team and at all levels of the organizationSuperb verbal, presentation, negotiation, and written communication skillsSpecialized experience in leading digital activations including ABM and nurture strategiesMetrics and data drivenSystems expertise includes Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, PowerBICreative thinker and “master integrator” who can tie the role of marketing programs to the overall product and business strategyExcellent organizational, attention to detail and leadershipBusiness driver, with proven track-record of leading cross-functional teamsBachelor’s Degree required in marketing, communications, digital or related field
