Twentyfour7is a dynamic and innovative digital experience-based company who is looking for a talented and motivated UI/UX Intern to join our team and contribute to the design and user experience of our products.
As a UI/UX Intern you will have the opportunity to work closely with our design and development teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will gain hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, contributing to real projects that impact our users.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.Support the development of user personas, user journeys, and information architecture.Help design and maintain UI components and design systems.Participate in usability testing and analyze results to improve user experience.Work closely with developers to ensure design consistency and implementation accuracy.Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.Requirements
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in User Experience/User Interface Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs.Ability to take feedback positively and iterate on designs accordingly.
Additional Qualifications:
§ Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of typography, grids, hierarchy, and color theory, utilized to create visually compelling and impactful designs.
§ Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a bonus.
Duration:
This is a summer internship position in Portland, OR with a duration of 12 weeks.
