Qualifications and Skills:
Solid understanding of user experience designSold understanding of front-end code such as HTML and CSSFluent in user-centered design best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsEmpathy (Must be able to understand or feel what people are experiencing from their frame of reference)Logic and reasoning skillsDetailed orientedCritical thinkerDesign thinking / visualization skillsAbility to hear and accept feedbackStorytelling and presentation skillsShould have extensive knowledge of the following Adobe products: XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, DreamweaverShould have extensive knowledge of web development including HTML5 and CSS3Knowledge of the Pega platform is desirableKnowledge of state court systems is desirable The ideal candidate can:Collaborate with different teamsNegotiate with users and team membersTrain staff on the user of UX/UI design and tools
Responsibilities:
Resource will require the skills to perform the following job duties (plus other related duties as assigned)Planning and conducting user research.Interpreting data and qualitative feedbackCreating user stories, personas and storyboardsDetermining information architecture and creating sitemapsCreating prototypes and wireframesConducting usability testing Note: Candidate will have the opportunity to work with a Pega UI/UX consultant and have opportunity to learn about Pega UI/UX. 4 year degree or equivalent technical study.
