WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Develop and execute sales strategy.
* Generates and pursues new client opportunities.
* Presents Brown & Brown services at prospect meetings.
* Retains clients by maintaining relationships.
* Works with Account Managers on renewals and escalated client issues.
* Sales Ability - ability to generate prospects and set appointments for new client opportunities.
* Self-motivated independent and possess a high energy level.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* Four Year College Degree pertinent to Insurance industry.
* Property & Casualty License strongly recommended or willing to obtain.
* Customer Service - responds promptly to client needs.
* Team Player - able to effectively work in a team environment.
* Computer Skills - use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Travel required to prospect meetings and industry events.
