About the job...

At Alfa Laval the Marketing Manager is a Strategic Marketing Partner and Insights Manager who drives the overall marketing efforts for a division of the business to enhance brand recognition, market share, and customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

Initiate the

strategic business plan

process across the cluster, scheduling all checkpoint reviews, and managing progress updates.Translate business plans into

strategic marketing plans

and develop divisional marketing plans with clear priorities.Plan and execute market, competitors and customers intel analysis based on business plan prioritiesDevelop specific

Market Analysis

(BD Booster, Deep-dives, etc.) according to the needs of the SC/ClusterPrepare and manage periodic

competitor analysisDevelop insights into

macroeconomic and industry growth

to anticipate trends or threats to the businessLead

market share and size process in the cluster , through an end-to-end format, from data collection to reports and insights for business strategies and plansInitiate and lead collaboration with other excellence areas to ensure alignment of priorities with strategic business plan and insights"We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes. What you know...

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Management or a related field with at least 5 years of professional working experience in marketing roles and:

Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategy and action plans based on business strategyExperience successfully identifying opportunities, proposing innovative ideas, and initiating projects that positively impacted marketing outcomes. Consistently challenging the status quo to drive growth and strategic excellenceExperience in strategic business and marketing planningExperience in data analytics and insightsExperience in finding patterns in data, building visualization and reports, and communicating insights to stakeholders.Creative, forward-thinking self-starter with attention to detailAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different areas.Highly organized with excellent time management skillsStrong leader with the ability to oversee, coordinate tasks, and influence members of the marketing division to complete strategic plans.

The base salary for this role is typically $95,000 - $115,000.
