The Revenue Product team uses creativity, research, insights, and operational excellence to steer our product vision across Snap Inc. This team of Product Managers, Scientists, Product Marketers and Solutions Engineers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of Snap's advertising platform to drive value and success to our customers.

We're looking for a Product Program Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc!

You will be responsible for shepherding the delivery of key Revenue Products working across Product, Engineering, XFN partners and Sales to find their scale and impact for our customers. Your role requires coordination and execution across all vertical and horizontal product areas and delivery of the product roadmap on time and with impact. You will assemble and guide tiger teams to start and finish new product efforts and be able to step in as required to provide both product and program management expertise. You will report to the SVP of Revenue Product org.

What you'll doPartner with SVP, Revenue Product and VP, Go-To-Market to plan, execute and manage specific Revenue Product programs related to product development, launch and post-launch activities.Collaborate with Revenue Product organization leadership, to define and drive the organization's product vision, strategy and roadmap based on market trends, customer/client feedback and business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Go-To-Market, and Marketing to manage the rhythm of revenue launches and . maintain inventory of all pilots, testing and A/B in progress.Assemble and decommission tiger teams as required by the business to solve key problems. Step in as required to help the tiger teams in the product and program management function.Manage and drive delivery of key Revenue Products to gain market traction and drive impact on time.Develop and manage content for CEO reviews.Manage timeline/schedules and delivery of Product reviews

Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesYou are an extremely skilled communicator, able to own and facilitate conversations regardless of group size or seniority level. You know how to explain things clearly and drive decision making. You also know how to be an active listener, and can easily tailor your inputs and communication style based on the groupYou have a proven ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments (Leadership, XFN teams, Creative, Engineering, etc.)You have superb leadership skills, communication, and stakeholder management skills.You have superb attention to detail, good judgment, and listening skills.You have a great attitude and a passion for Snap Inc.'s products and creativity.

Minimum qualifications10+ years of product and program management experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Preferred qualificationsHigh competency and proven track record of program management of very large engagements, highly complex integrated campaigns.Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.Experience with various project types, including digital, video, events, and social.Experience working with project management tools (i.e. Smartsheet)Experience as a people manager is a plus.Experience working closely with C-level executives is a plus.Previous experience working with Snap Inc. a plus.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base salary range for this position is $152,000-$228,000 annually.

Zone B:The base salary range for this position is $144,000-$217,000 annually.

Zone C:The base salary range for this position is $129,000-$194,000 annually.
