Job Summary

This position supports the EMS business for defibrillator/monitor portfolio, mechanical cpr platforms, EMS/healthcare operational software applications, related adjunct products, as well as any additional new products brought into the EMS sector. There will be particular emphasis on strategic direction, product positioning, product launch and clinical applications. This position is focused on developing and executing impactful strategies to ensure continued market growth.

Essential Functions

Develop and execute the global positioning and marketing strategy to ensure continued market growth and competitive penetration.

Responsible for understanding and promoting the economic value analysis and value-based purchasing activities and reimbursement activities surrounding the products.

Responsible, with Product Management to define, test, research, enhance and guide the development of EMS products that meet the needs of the EMS customers better than any competitive offering.

Responsible for integration of new EMS-based products into the portfolio, including developing and executing the training, positioning and market strategy.

Develop and manage the Global EMS marketing budget in support of core products.

Review and update the annual EMS strategic marketing plans and budgets including key objectives and strategic focus as well as the core mid-term planning activities for the EMS business.

Work closely with the EMS Sales leadership team to guide the sales organization to success and provide excellent customer communication.

Support the International direct operation with regular visits, presentations and training.

Develop KOL's globally and plans and executes tours and symposia involving them.

Work closely with the business partners in Asia, LATAM and EMEA to provide guidance, introduce new programs and participate in BP meetings as scheduled.

Manage the domestic and international EMS marketing team.

Provide guidance to the Clinical Affairs team to ensure clinical research and marketing goals are aligned.

Represent global EMS at the Executive Steering committee meetings to ensure products and programs developed meet global hospital requirements.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree In business or technical area

Master's Degree In Marketing preferred

Minimum of 12 years of Marketing and Product Management experience; at least two years at Director level or higher required and

Successful track record of leading a global team and driving positive results required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to develop and manage a high-performing team focused on accountability and meeting/exceeding expectations

Demonstrated ability to take complex information and make it useful to customers and sales teams

Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills

Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation and project management skills

Strong strategic acumen with proven ability to execute plans

Strong results orientation

The hiring range for this position is $200-$215 annually. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
