Residential Interior Designer Responsibilities:·
Evaluate client needs and source appropriate products and materials.·
Management of client portal with identified and priced materials.·
Address client queries and approvals within client portal.·
Instruct and assist clients in using portal.·
Ensure product selections meet MainStreet Design Build project quality standards and client budget requirements.·
Schedule and conduct material selection meetings, both in-office and offsite.·
Guide clients through selections, evaluating brands, styles, sizes, and features.·
Coordinate with vendors to assist clients in making informed decisions.·
Manage the selection process for timely and cost-effective completion.·
Adhere to and uphold the company's client experience standards.·
Participate in sales-to-design and sales-to-estimating handoff meetings.·
Lead meetings with assigned Architectural Designers for product drawing needs.·
Organize, order, invoice, and collect payments for interior design transactions outside of construction agreements.
