Looking for a Site Civil Designer to contribute a diverse portfolio of projects across local, regional, and national scales. As a Site Civil Designer, you'll tackle site development challenges, lead large projects, and mentor junior staff. Additionally, you'll assist in refining design processes and templates for enhanced efficiency and quality. Responsibilities:

•Utilize AutoCAD & Civil3D to create and modify site plans, grading layouts, utility designs, and construction documents.

•Collaborate with Civil Engineers to analyze sites, integrate survey data, and ensure compliance with regulations.

•Engage with clients to understand needs, present design options, and address concerns.

•Conduct quality checks on your own work to ensure accuracy and completeness.

•Maintain project documentation and support construction phase activities.

•Stay abreast of software advancements and industry trends.

Relationships:

•Collaborate with Director of Civil, Deputy Director of Civil, and peer team leads.

•Interact with clients, contractors, city officials, and regulatory authorities.

Skills:

•Minimum 5 years' experience in civil site development.

•Proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil3D for complex site designs and construction documents.

•Strong understanding of site development principles and regulations.

•Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Education: Engineering degree preferred, but not required. Degree or certification in civil engineering, drafting, or related field advantageous.
