A traditional full-service MEPT consulting design firm in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area.
We interact with architects across the country on multiple project types. We are growing and looking to add the best talent available to increase our capacity.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing Designer located in Brentwood, TN. The Plumbing Designer will be responsible for developing plumbing system plans and specifications for commercial, healthcare, and industrial buildings, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with codes and regulations, performing site investigations, designing plumbing systems and layouts, and conducting hydraulic calculations and cost estimates.Qualifications
At least 3 years experience in Plumbing Design or Mechanical EngineeringThorough knowledge of plumbing design codes, standards, and regulationsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and hydraulic calculations softwareExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovativelyExperience in healthcare plumbing design is a plusExcellent time management and project management skills
