Product Marketing Manager, High Performance Timing Products

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategies for high performance Timing products, covering the Infrastructure (Base-Station, Cable Broadband) and Defense and Aerospace markets

Understand market trends, disruptive technologies, and customer needs to develop mid- and long-term business plans

Define competitive positioning and value proposition of the product portfolio

Develop product roadmaps and define differentiated and innovative product requirements that will lead the industry in relevant KPIs

Work with partners in Systems, Design, Product / Test Engineering for the timely execution of new product developments.

Develop, implement, and monitor product line objectives and activities while ensuring alignment with expected deliverables, business objectives, and company goals

Develop and maintain market model (TAM/SAM/Market Share) projections

Formulate and execute long-term plans for cost/profit control and margin improvement

Technical Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

Experience in a technical role in communications systems with exposure to Timing protocols and system implementations (design, product engineering, applications engineering, etc.)

Ability to collect and analyze data, conduct field research and recognize trends

Ability to influence and drive internal and external customers and cross-functional teams with or without formal authority

Understanding of high-performance communications systems and experience creating solutions to solve customer challenges

Must be self-motivated and results-oriented team player

Highly professional skills and experience in interacting with business partners and customers

Position will require travel - approximately 25%

Required Education and Experience:

BSEE or related engineering degree required, MSEE or MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in RF engineering and Product Marketing roles
