DescriptionWe are looking for a talented UX Designer to help us build best-in-class payment experiences for Amazon Business. You will work with writers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to shape global payment experiences for business customers.Launched in 2015, Amazon Business (mazon.com) is one of our fastest growing segments. Amazon Business is loved by diverse customers in 10 countries worldwide (and growing), ranging from the largest companies in the world to sole proprietors.Key job responsibilities• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings• Create iterative user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual designs• Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, data insights, and usability findings into designs• Utilize and adhere to branding guidelines and design standardization across all of the team's products• Present design solutions to multiple teams for review and feedback• Work alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environmentAbout the teamAmazon Business UX is a large, close-knit team of designers, researchers, writers, and technologists with hubs in Seattle, Austin, and Madrid. From small sole proprietorships to large enterprises, we are unlocking opportunities across the procurement lifecycle and helping businesses and organizations thrive.Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of design experience- 3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience- Have an available online portfolio- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similarPreferred Qualifications- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs- Experience in visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides- Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices- Experience in B2B or B2C e-commerce or payment productsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
