Civil Designer being sought after for “big box†commercial projects concerning land development for A&E firm. We require a true designer who can work independently.Rate: $30hr – $48hrLocation: Charlotte, NCJob Description:
Design of commercial land development projects.Perform all aspects of site design including site layout, number crunching, calculations for grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management and erosion and sedimentation control projects.Work with clients and team members on all aspects of a project – schematic design through construction administration.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringÂPassed FE exam.Civil 3D Experience3+ Years Experience in all aspects of site design including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion and sedimentation control.Familiarity with current codes, design guidelines, and stormwater management practices.
Preferred:
PE or EIT.Experience with commercial projects.
