We are seeking a creative and technically adept individual with a strong background in artificial intelligence, particularly in Generative AI, to help us pioneer new products and services.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and deliver innovative AI-driven productsUtilize expertise in AI and Generative AI technologies to solve complex problems and enhance product functionalityDesign and implement user-centered solutions with a focus on optimizing user experience through intelligent automation and personalizationKeep abreast of the latest trends in AI and technology to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantageParticipate in the full lifecycle of product development, from prototyping to testing and implementationQualifications5+ years of experience in an innovation roleProven experience in artificial intelligence, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI applicationsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and creativelySolid understanding of user experience design and its integration with AI technologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsA passion for innovation and a drive to explore new technological frontiersExperience with AI development tools and frameworks such as LangFlow, VectorShift, or similarPrior involvement in projects or products that utilized AI for enhancing user interactions or product capabilities#LI-HybridWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
