Wacker, Chicago, IL.Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in leading the development and execution of marketing strategies for our pharmaceutical products. This role requires a combination of strategic leadership, strong analytical skills, and hands-on executional support to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.Reporting to the Sr. Director, Commercial Operations and the CEO you will take a leading role in driving company sales through a well-executed marketing plan. You will create metrics to track success of those efforts and adjusting as necessary to make a positive impact.You will work closely with Company's heads of Marketing, Strategy and Operations, Sales, Finance, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs, as well as with the Founder.Key Responsibilities:Marketing ExecutionImplement the marketing strategy, including the planning, development, and execution of the product marketing plan and related sales strategies, in collaboration with the Commercial Director. This includes (personal and non-personal) marketing initiatives and other strategies and tactics for building awareness, trial, and usage to meet or exceed net sales, volume and P&L targets.Organize and/or participate in all healthcare professional (HCP) advisory board meetings.Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.Utilize CRM data to inform and update product marketing planManage product content for the Company's website and other digital mediaServe as a subject matter expert on assigned products, providing training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.Stay current and in compliance with all corporate policies, government regulations, and evolving changes within the pharmaceutical industry.Marketing LeadershipConduct regular market assessments and competitive analyses to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.In collaboration with the Sr. Director, Commercial Operations develop the marketing strategy around accelerating adoption of AltaThera products by identifying market major barriers and define solutions resolve theseIn collaboration with the Sr. Director, Commercial Operations responsible for defining and managing budgets, including advertising and promotion, conferences and symposia, sales brochures and other product documentation, and digital media.Work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital nurses, and hospital pharmacists to develop market segmentation and create and execute tactical plans.Partner internally with the Sales, Medical Affairs, finance, and market research teams, in collaboration with the Sr. Director, Commercial Operations Director, to align on strategic objectives and ensure effective execution of marketing plans.Provide day-to-day mentorship and professional guidance to junior marketing personnel in the officeLead the planning and execution of quarterly and annual National Sales & Marketing Meetings under direction of CEO.Demonstrated creativity to explore new approaches and concepts to respond to changing marketplaceRequirements:Minimum of seven to ten years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, or a related field within the pharmaceutical, medical device or life sciences industryPrior experience in the pharmaceutical field is required.Detailed understanding of FDA drug promotion requirements regarding written and oral communications.Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, communications or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredProven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products, including product launches and lifecycle managementanalytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and be proactive in identifying project bottlenecks and implementing solutions.leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment towards common goals.to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.both strategic and tactical marketing capabilities.oral and written presentation skills with above average PowerPoint skills.Must be self-motivated, able to inspire collaboration and transparency, data-driven, emotionally intelligent, creative, and have a passion for success.Ability and desire to work
