We are seeking a

Marketing Coordinator-East

to support our marketing team in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns specific to the Eastern region. The Marketing Coordinator East will work closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing Specialist, and other team members to execute marketing initiatives, coordinate events, and assist with various marketing projects for 20+ company locations in the Eastern region.

In this role, you will coordinate marketing plans and launch programs to optimize channels, generate leads, engage customers, and collaborate cross-functionally to activate and deliver customer value and achieve customer-driven growth. You will also be involved in internal initiatives and coordinate internal communication and marketing initiatives within the company.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the different teams (Sales, BDM, Ops, etc) to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns targeted at the Eastern region.Create and design targeted marketing content and materials tailored to the Eastern region's target audience (flyers, brochures, line cards, videos, etc.) to be used in promotional campaigns and websites.Assist with the concept, writing, creation, and production of marketing materials (including business cards, letterheads, company presentations, equipment labels, etc.) to ensure that all marketing materials are in line with the company’s brand identity.Coordinate and execute regional marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events.Conduct market research to identify local customer needs and preferences and provide insights for regional marketing campaigns.Collaborate with external partners, such as local agencies and vendors, to execute marketing initiatives in the region.Maintain and update Google Business profiles and social media pages, create social media posts to include engaging content (videos, images, etc.), and interpret social metrics to identify successes and opportunities.Monitor and analyze campaign performance in the Eastern region and provide recommendations for optimization.Maintain effective internal communications and assist with the company’s internal portals and newsletters.Maintain accurate inventories of all marketing-related materials and promotional products and assist with the company swag store platform.Assist with direct mail campaigns and distribution lists, track and evaluate their effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.Provide general support to marketing/publicity projects as needed.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications or a related field and 2+ years of marketing, business communications or public affairs experience.Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and customer relationship management.Willingness to learn and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills & Competencies:

Ability to craft social media messages, e-newsletters, and similar communication pieces.Demonstrated knowledge of business promotion activities and collateral material generation.Demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and WordPress.Highly proficient in social media skills on multiple ofHave a general understanding of how the Google search algorithm works, as well as basic SEO elements for on-page optimization.Proficiency in Adobe Creative software products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Portfolio with writing and design samples (Preferred)Who we are!

Travel:

up to 10% Travel.

Physical Demands:

Occasionally lifting a minimum of 50lbs. Position sits completing computer and phone work.
