Licensed Art Therapist - Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization ProgramsArt therapist will provide art therapy services within the Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization ProgramsKey Responsibilities:Maintain communication with the multi-disciplinary treatment team for quality patient careProvide group therapy for inpatient and PHP patients daily based on treatment goalsDevelop group therapy that supports and improves patient social, psychological, emotional and cognitive needsCompletion of documentation for patients daily – notes to be completed same day of serviceMaintain group scheduleMaintain accurate record keepingAttend meetings as requestedMaintain CEU’s for licensureParticipate in case conferencingComplete Peer Review yearlyQualifications:Completion of a Master of Art therapy program from a university accredited by the American Art Therapy AssociationMaryland LCPAT License (Licensed Clinical Professional Art Therapist)Must be organized and assertiveAbility to work with all agesVast knowledge and understanding of Electronic Health RecordsEffective communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instruction givenCompletes annual training requirements: Education Day and other trainings as assignedEOE
