Role and Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and driving brand growth. Your responsibilities will include:Developing, implementing, and executing a strategic marketing plan aimed at attracting potential customers and retaining existing ones.Collaborating with the Regional Marketing Lead on all marketing campaigns to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.Managing relationships with current outside vendors responsible for running campaigns.Identifying campaign vendors for consideration, while measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods.Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and devising solutions within budget constraints.Collaborating closely with the Regional Marketing Lead and sales department to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and foster loyalty among existing clients.Conducting marketing research to generate valuable consumer insights, supporting improved marketing strategies and communications.Creating, maintaining, and analyzing analytics reporting to extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business or 2+ years of experienceExperience in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Call Tracking Metrics and other marketing related dashboardsStrong computer and reporting skills with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook) and related software.Physical Requirements:
