Job Description:

The Director of Marketing for UPA International, PPA Tour, and MLP is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and growth of pickleball. This role involves leading a marketing team and collaborating with various stakeholders to promote events, engage audiences, and build the brand.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with organizational objectives.Oversee digital marketing, social media, content creation, and traditional advertising campaigns.Manage brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform marketing strategies.Collaborate with sponsors, media partners, and internal teams to maximize promotional opportunities.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a creative and results-driven environment.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the sports industry.Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand development.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Passion for pickleball and understanding of its market dynamics.
