You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE POSITION:

Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.Basic graphic design skills (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).Analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights for optimization.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.Must be able to work on-site at Blue Mountain Resort, Palmerton, PennsylvaniaFlexibility to have availability on weekends is essential for creating high-quality content and supporting critical team efforts when needed.Must be 18 years of age.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Develop creative and engaging content tailored to each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Write captivating captions, blogs, and articles to accompany visual content.Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing resort amenities, activities, events, and promotions.Generate graphic content; flyers, social squares, event covers, etc.Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and promptly respond to inquiries and comments. Schedule and publish posts in accordance with the content calendar and strategic objectives.Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize performance.Cultivate and nurture relationships with our online community, including guests, influencers, and industry partners.Monitor online reviews and feedback, and collaborate with relevant departments to address guest concerns and enhance the guest experienceTrack and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.Generate regular reports and insights to evaluate progress, identify trends, and recommend improvements.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and drive continuous growth and engagement.Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
