As part of our dynamic Enterprise Marketing team, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality, jaw-dropping motion graphic designs. We believe that collaboration is key, which is why you'll work closely with our talented team of producers, writers and editors to fully grasp the creative objectives and requirements of each project. Together, we'll ensure that every masterpiece is brought to life accurately and delivered on time.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team in every phase of production

Support Creative Leads & Creative Director, Producers and Editors

Support Creative Leads & Creative Director, through mood boards and storyboard concepts

Create/design internal and external marketing collateral

Strive to add value in any task you’re assigned

Track and update workstream progress in team project management application

Other duties as required

You’ll

Required Qualifications:

Solid understanding of production techniques and project time management for design for motion and animation

4+ years relevant work experience in design for motion and animation

Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud

Experience designing mood boards, style frames and storyboards

Ability to articulate concepts and designs to colleagues and clients

Ability to execute projects quickly under tight deadlines

Ability to understand/interpret client expectations

Good communication and interpersonal skills; must work effectively as part of a team

Creative mind and storytelling skills

Willingness to continue learning the craft and staying current with advances and trends

Willingness to take direction

Ability to execute independently and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to rig and animate 2D characters

Creative vision, composition and type layout skills

Experience working within multiple brand guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D design programs

Web design, print and creative agency background a plus

Knowledge of live action production, video and music editing, and basic compositing skills

Knowledge of Adobe Workfront
