The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives, including brand positioning, product launches, and lead generation..Lead and mentor the marketing team, provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.Oversee the development of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROIConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.Monitor and analyze marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and touch points.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a data driven approach to decision making.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.Creative thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Benefits:Flexible working hours.Remote work options.Professional development opportunities.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Application Process:To apply, review the pro bono role description and submit your resume, portfolio, and cover letter to hr@menziesmission.org.
