The Opportunity

Do you like solving complex problems and building systems that scale? Adobe Design is seeking a senior designer to join our growing web ecosystem team. Adobe.com is one of the most trafficked sites in the world, with trillions of visits to over a million pages every year. It's the remit of our web team to design and deliver cohesive and useful UI on journeys' across Adobe.com.

The Role

This role requires the ability to collaborate with multiple product and web design teams and product managers to create unified solutions across Adobe's web properties. You'll develop deep partnerships with product managers, engineers, product design, and our design systems team to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions. We're looking for a designer who gets excited by complex, matrixed use cases. The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, a passion for great user experience (and the UX Research that led there), and a proven track record working with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will:

Partner with Product Management to plan and design end-to-end user journeys across Adobe.com and into our web products, like Photoshop Web, Express, Acrobat and more.

Be an active contributor in business and strategic reviews, partnering closely with PMs to understand the needs of the business and how to solve them through a UX/UI lens.

Help build components into our system, allowing for use and optimization at scale.

Partner with UX Research around key business priorities and use qual and quant data to best inform impactful UI

Represent the work to senior leadership at Adobe.

Champion customer-centricity, accessibility and inclusion, and good design choices across functions.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

A sense of ownership for the success of Adobe as a whole, not just your own initiatives.

A college degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

6+ years of UX or Product Design Experience.

A strong spirit of collaboration and a drive to craft engaging UI.

Awareness of how design systems and UI frameworks affect the design process.

Strong presentation skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $112,000 -- $214,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
