We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (on-site) to be hired at the discretion of the New York Gaming Commission / New York Lottery. This position shall physically and functionally report to the Commission's designated Digital Lead for the Lottery at Commission headquarters in Schenectady and administratively report to MRM.In the role as Digital Marketing Manager, the candidate will assist and support the Director of Digital at the New York Lottery in efforts to build, maintain, and grow an effective and engaging digital program that helps drive their mission. They are a seasoned professional with minimum 5 years of experience including but not limited to marketing, writing, project management, program management, and new business development.Key Responsibilities* Administratively report to MRM; Functionally report to New York Lottery.* Assists on all projects related to the New York Lottery's digital ecosystem, consumer engagement and digital marketing programs.* Attend all meetings affecting the Digital Unit. Meetings include but are not limited to: Weekly Status Calls, Tech Partner Status, Digital Roadmap, Creative Reviews and Project Review* CSR Responsibilities:o Lead CSR relating to SSO/IDDW services and game (not sponsorship) promotions.o Create and manage Customer Service playbook, including frequently asked questions and approved Lottery responses.o Point of contact for social team responses to DM and public-facing player questions; facilitate approved Lottery social media responses; flag potential issues to Lottery uncovered by social comments, etc.* Contento Assist Lottery to align Monthly Content with Lottery brand, language, promotions, etc.o Review and make necessary changes to monthly content before Client Reviewo Provide winner details to digital team for creation of website marquees and social posts.o Draft alerts, promotion & event copy, FAQs, etc., as needed, update Website Alerts, Promotion and Events, FAQs. Additional website updates, as assigned.o Create and manage FAQs for promotions.o Draft Promo Source Documents and Guidelines for Lottery routing for approvalo Draft Draw Procedures as needed and route for approvals.o Assist leading promotion efforts with A3 including day-to-day oversight, drafting push notifications, writing, and editing copy for CNW platform and comms, etc.

Essential Skills and Experience* Relevant experience in a similar role.* Proven track record of success in marketing management, with a focus on consumer marketing.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Experience of working in-house client side, with industry partners and vendors to plan and execute marketing efforts.* Able to work independently while also collaborating and organizing activities across agency and client side.* Positive, can-do attitude.* Eye for detail.* A good understanding of Customer Experience & Digital Technology.
