Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Job Description: The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department with various administrative and operational tasks. This role involves managing social media accounts, coordinating with vendors, handling promotional items and internal marketing materials and light photo editing.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms.Analyze social media performance and keep up to date KPI's across brands

Copywriting:

Assist in keeping of marketing collateral up to date and within brand standards

Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with vendors to order marketing materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.Manage the inventory and distribution of promotional items and internal marketing materials.Coordinate with external suppliers for event supply confirmation

Administrative Support:

Assist in planning and organizing marketing events and campaigns.Maintain marketing databases and ensure accurate records of marketing activities.Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.Experience with copywriting and content creation.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in HubspotFamiliarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Must be able to effectively edit photos
