SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?

We are looking for to bring on a Manager, Integrated Marketing to join our team as a contractor with full-time possibility after 6 months. This role drives Candy's commercial success through comprehensive marketing strategies and compelling content. As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will bridge the gap between marketing, sales, design, and product teams, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and alignment of initiatives. You will play a prominent role in creating engaging experiences for sports and pop culture fans, influencers, and web3 enthusiasts.

AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL...

Marketing strategy: Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, leveraging owned, earned, paid to drive commercial success for CandyContent: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.Cross-Functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, design, and product, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of initiatives.Concept development: Identify new compelling and unique opportunities to drive connection and engagement with sports and pop culture fans, influencers and web3 enthusiastsMeasurement: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.Budget management: Responsible and consistent management of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.WHO ARE YOU?

5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with a strong focus on integrated marketing.Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, social media, etc.).Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation.Strong planning, prioritization and project management competenciesExperience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating marketing efforts across departments.Outstanding project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExperience partnering with external companies (partners, agencies, vendors) as well as executive and cross-functional leadershipA successful track record of launching successful brand building, social, and/or community building campaignsAppetite for problem solving and a love for fast-paced ever-changing environmentsBig ideas that get results!Why Candy?

Total Compensation Range (Base + Equity): $60-80 hr on a 6-month contract with conversion to full-timeOur compensation package currently includes a base salary and an equity component for all full-time employees. Compensation is determined by the candidate's seniority and the evaluations made of that candidate during the interview.
