The primary responsibility for the Digital Marketing Project Manager is to create, implement, execute, all social and digital initiatives originating from the Marketing department for Charisma House authors and products. This role will involve a high level of detail and must possess strong organizational skills and find new and effective ways to streamline processes and improve systems. The digital marketing project manager should be a self-starter, and highly creative, as they lead our efforts to develop a myriad of digital assets which include web/microsites, among many other graphics and digital content.

Support and execute management of book databases and all associated metadata and EdelweissAssist marketing team with organic social media platformsPlay a central role in planning and executing direct to consumer (D2C) digital marketing strategies through Charismahouse.comWork closely with key leaders from marketing to grow direct to consumer (D2C) revenueArticulate ROI to Director of Marketing - as it pertains to all digital marketing effortsConsistently research and provide recommendations to better improve resultsDevelop digital marketing strategies for our marketing plansOversee execution of all web, email and social media campaignsExecute the purchases through social media and all other web/digital/mobile platforms, as reflected in each respective marketing planWork with the team to execute digital assets such as micro-site, website and newsletter designs and ensure proactive systems are in place to meet deadlinesIdentify trends and insights that will aid in the performance or optimization of digital campaignsBrainstorm new and creative audience development and engagement strategies across digital or social platformsReport digital and web analytics to Director of Marketing as needed.Social media audience engagement daily via posts, memes, etc.Work closely with Director of marketing ensure department's effectiveness.Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought and perspective where appropriateDemonstrate the on-going ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.Agree with Charisma Media's Vision Statement, beliefs and values.Qualifications

Education:

4-year degree required, or equivalent management experience in marketing, sales, etc.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both written and verbally, with understanding of basic grammar skills in regards to business correspondence.

Additional Information

Location : On-site from our Corporate office, located at 1150 Greenwood Blvd, Lake Mary, Florida.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 to 5:30. After 90-day probationary period you may switch to a schedule of 8-5, or 9-6.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000 / year

Benefits : Paid vacation and sick time and eight holidays per year. Company paid life insurance. Comprehensive health and dental plans available for employee and dependents after 60 days, 401K with matching after one year of employment, Christmas bonus.

Work Environment : The work environment is a normal office setting. Although fast-paced, it is a pleasant environment, which includes cordial relationships. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Physical Requirements : Must be able to sit for extended periods and able to lift and carry office supplies and equipment (up to 20 lbs).

Interview Process : If your resume is selected for consideration, you will be contacted by our Staffing Coordinator by email and will be asked to complete a Candidate Questionnaire followed by a telephone interview. If you are selected further, you will be invited for an in-person meeting at our corporate office for skills testing and an interview with our Office Manager. Skills testing will include the following: Basic proofreading and spelling, personality profile, and typing test.

The final interview will be conducted by the hiring manager. If you are chosen to fill the position, you will be contacted by the Staffing Coordinator with final job details and onboarding information.
