As a part of the H-E-B Facility Alliance Team, our Graphic Design Partners are leading-edge innovators in branding and experiential design. They work hard to make sure all retail businesses and facilities are designed, maintained, and improved to maximize resources and create tailored shopping experiences for our Customers. Our overall Design team is dedicated to designing and delivering integrated, highly creative, and innovative retail environments crafted to maximize H-E-B's brand commitment.

We are looking for:A bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience related to graphic design.Experience in environmental design, reading plan-o-grams, merchandising plans, and construction documents a plus.Strong project management skills.What is the work?
Design & Development:Writes new brand creative briefs; develops accompanying mood boards based on research that supports business requests.Researches / creates / leads brand-specific design solutions and concepts from verbal and written direction that support H-E-B's brand portfolio company-wide.Applies existing business concepts and logic to design solutions.Documents / executes designs with detail and scale into various formats.Researches / tests new materials.Oversees approval of vendor drawings for fabrication.Project Management:Leads design projects of any size and complexity, involving illustrators, copywriters, and outside design resources to achieve desired brand results.Applies feedback and learnings from previous projects.Collaborates with / leads printers, copywriters, illustrators, vendors, architects, and others.Leads / attends meetings to obtain pertinent project information, alignment.What is your background?
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience.9+ years of experience in graphic design or related field.Experience / expertise working with Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience developing / presenting design solutions internally and to customers.Experience in environmental design, reading plan-o-grams, merchandising plans, and construction documents a plus.Do you have what it takes to be a fit as an H-E-B Senior Graphic Designer?
Working knowledge of SketchUp, Auto-Cad, and Windows a plus.Knowledge of restrictions and covenants of jurisdictions, ARC, and materials use and application a plus.Understanding of graphic design methodology.Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills.Strong project management skills.Proficiency working with various brand styles.Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects; attention to detail.Ability to present design solutions to internal team members.Ability to learn new software.Can you...
