Spotlight on Content Engineering Teams:

Content Planning Engineering (CPE):

The Content Planning Engineering (CPE) team is responsible for building products that are used for forecasting the overall Netflix content spend. As one of the most upstream products in a title’s pitch-to-play lifecycle, the forecasted data is critical to the planning and operations of a lot of downstream teams. We integrate with many other engineering and data science solutions to help power the overall Netflix content creation.

Content Scheduling Engineering:

Our Mission for the Content Scheduling squad is to enable Scheduling teams to maximize member impact of retention and acquisition for Netflix. The strategic scheduling of our content offerings benefits the entire Netflix ecosystem by providing earliest and most accurate information on launches, powering predictive analysis and learnings that can further unlock additional opportunities for increasing our member impact. Our product portfolio includes Orion and the Content Insights Service Layer (CISL) service.
