Miami, FLResponsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.Create and publish relevant, original, and high-quality content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create social media campaigns and promotions.Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Photography, videography, or graphic design skills are a plus.Benefits:Competitive entry-level salary.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
