The Choice, Inc. is searching for a Digital Marketing Manager on behalf of a leading national public health nonprofit. This organization is highly regarded for its healthcare screening services, preventative education, and financial assistance for treatments, and is regularly recognized as one of the best nonprofits to work for in the United States.The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, and will support the digital marketing program by driving disease and brand awareness, program engagement, event promotion, and conversion goals through multichannel campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager will work across departments, meet with sponsors and agencies, assess project needs, and collaborate with partners to achieve goals.Candidates must understand marketing and social media best practices, nonprofit marketing, possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, and have experience working with Google Ads.Qualifications:Google Ads experience; requiredExperience building and launching Google or Microsoft search and display campaigns; requiredKnowledge of Google Analytics and UTMS; preferredBachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related fieldNonprofit experience highly preferred (healthcare or public health space a big plus)Job Duties:Create and manage Google and Microsoft search campaigns, as well as programmatic and paid social campaigns, to support digital strategy goals for brand and

awareness and program engagement.Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to develop project strategies, campaign requirements, timelines, content, and creativity.Support digital project management, including facilitating copy and creative approvals and assisting with audience segmentation and ad placement.Participate in internal and sponsor meetings.Work with Social Media Managers and the Website team to align campaigns with social messaging and brand guidelines.Assist with media buying activities and budget management to ensure efficient digital spending and achieve KPIs.Contribute to campaign report development.Use SEO and analytics tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaignsPerform other duties as assigned.About the office:The office is easily accessible by Red line Metro and also offers parking on site. The required in office expectation is up to 4 times a month. This is not a fully remote position.Salary and Benefits:Hourly: $36-$38 an hourSalary: $75,000-$80,000Benefits: a benefits summary will be provided before the first interview
