Our team creates well-designed, scalable and affordable web products for properties, which allows them to showcase their unique needs (e.g., hotel dining outlets, spas, and all-inclusive).

We are a rapidly growing team that will provide the opportunity for autonomy and personal development!The Manager, Off-Site SEO and Digital Channels role is a subject matter expert and thought leader for local SEO and third-party channels & OTAs within MDS.

These channels include Yelp, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.

This role is responsible for developing digital tactics, managing the execution and on-time delivery for supported tactics, and managing vendor relationships.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and Experience•

BS/BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.•

3+ years of relevant work experience (digital marketing, content management, SEO, etc.).•

Proven off-site SEO experience with an understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.•

Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)•

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments•

Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithmsCORE WORK ACTIVITIESManaging Work, Projects, and Policies•

Oversee the execution and on-time delivery of all digital channel tactics within MDS programs. Tactics included content management on third-party sites (ex: TripAdvisor, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Expedia, Booking.com), as well as local SEO tactics (ex: UNAP consistency).•

Regularly reviews and refines existing processes to look for Operational improvements, prioritizing scale, consistency, and quality.•

Develop new digital channel tactics, including piloting the offering, evaluating the operations processes to execute, communication, training, collateral, vendor selection, Salesforce workflow, etc.•

Develops robust internal and external training documentation for vendors, client services, and operations teams. Ensures all processes are supported with documentation, screenshots, etc.•

Develop and implement link building tactics to enhance E A T (expertise, authority, and trustworthiness).•

Research and analyze competitor’s off-site SEO initiatives.•

Manages 1 direct report, with opportunity to expand team as business needs require. Monitors work of direct report, and conducts 1-1s, performance reviews, and other managerial functions.Supporting Operations•

Works cross-functionally across MDS, and with enterprise content and SEO teams.•

Serves as an escalation point for any off-site SEO or off-site Content tactical concerns.•

Maintains a strong partnership with peers and partners teams. Manages special projects and pilot processes.•

Ensures invoices and billing are executed on appropriately.Tools and Vendors•

Manages day-to-day agency and vendor relationships, ensuring quality of work and timeliness of deliverables. Provides actionable recommendations for change and develops vendor improvement plans should work not meet standards.•

Leads trainings on tactical processes and best practices with vendor partners.•

Manage vendor relationships, including holding regular calls, follow ups, and enforcing accountability for SLAs.•

Manages processes to ensure vendor questions are answered appropriately.•

Utilizes Salesforce to build tactics, track workflow and deadlines, etc.Additional duties as may be assigned
