SALARY RANGE:

$46,000 - $58,000 per year + bonus potential

WORK LOCATION:

Devils Backbone Basecamp - Roseland, VA

SHIFT:

5 days a week (flexibility required for some nights/weekends)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Experiential & Social Media Coordinator will oversee consumer experience through events and digital media interactions. The ESC work to plan and execute in-market brand activations for a variety of brewery events. Additionally, this position will oversee the company social media presence, voice, and consumer engagement. This position plays a significant role in the marketing strategy, ensuring consumers receive consistent and on brand messaging. Additionally, this position focuses on setting targets, tracking, and reporting on marketing results. This position will collaborate with external organizations/accounts, department leaders and sales teams to establish event and social media deliverables & objectives. This position will develop and maintain activation & social budgets and ensure program efficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Support Experiential Manager in covering the brand experience calendar.Create engaging consumer experiences & content resulting in driving sales for DB products.Assist in the development of activation & social media strategies to meet brand objectives.Executes day-to-day, real-time consumer communications through digital tools.Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that in market events, consumer digital experiences and social voice align with overall company culture, goals and vision.Develop goals for event and social media performance, tracks progress against those goals and provides analysis to improve future performance.Discover and implement marketing trends to social media & in market events.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.2+ years of experience in event marketing, events, social media or related experience. Thorough knowledge of events management, marketing, and trends analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office and other office related software.Strong organization, time management, and project management skills.Strong social media and consume engagement skills.Working knowledge of cameras and video recording devices is necessary.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, and third-party partners.Experience marketing in the beer, wine, spirits, or hospitality industries is a plus.Conduct's work in a sitting and standing position primarily; however, job requires frequent walking, bending, stooping, and light lifting.Must be able to set up event materials - lift 30lbs.Regular nights and weekends required based on event schedulesRegular travel within DB home market - VA, MD, DCMust be 21+, have a valid drivers license and be able to operate DB brand vehicles.BENEFITS:
